Since launching with its rich Victorian background, Furphy has had a strong association with Victoria's favourite sporting code - AFL - better known simply as 'footy' to the fans. With this in mind it was a logical step to design a carton that brought all the unique aspects of 'footy' to life, thereby creating an even deeper connection between the brand and the fans.

Coming back to the Tassie market in 2019, this much loved ale proved so popular that it has been returned to the Boag's range permanently in 2020. Our design approach focused on the rich Boag's heritage combined with the golden straw colour of the beer, delivering a contemporary new look for a genuine old favourite. 

In keeping with the practice of pushing the boundaries of great craft beer, the brewers at White Rabbit chose to utilise hand made Pana Chocolate from nearby Melbourne to create a rich, chocolate infused stout. To celebrate this wonderful winter beer, we created a design that simply celebrated this partnership - the familiar, enigmatic White Rabbit forest scene embellished with the warm, rich tones of chocolate.

With so much competition amongst low carb, fullstrength beers it was important for one of the category leaders to ensure it continued to dominate the retail space.

With the brewers intent on creating the perfect, refreshing beer for a lazy summer afternoon, the design needed to capture that same summer aesthetic but still be true to the ever popular Little Creatures brand.
